Orders are processed in the order received and typically take 5-7 business days to process. 

Orders within the US will be shipped via USPS first class mail.  International orders will ship via the most economical method.

Yes, we provide tracking information for all orders. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Yes, cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of order.

Yes, we do.  Refunds need to be requested within 14 days of order and product needs to be returned within those 14days.  Customer is responsible for shipping expense.
